I would like to know if you are considering buying a home in Colorado Springs. I am actively searching out prospective buyers and will give a buyer the agent commission off the purchase price or a price we negotiate. I am the homeowner, not a broker or agent, and want to get my home sold. We still live in Elbert, CO as we purchased another home that is why we are selling. Home is in a great neighborhood with parks, trails, and shopping close by. Just over the hill from the Costco on Powers! Also right up the stree from Rocky Mountain Calvary as I notice you have a link to their site. Let me know if you are in the position and market for buying a home. Thanks.
